MODS Demo Housing Unit

Every year we hold the MODS Annual Demo Sale.   These are NEW MODS which have been used at events such as the EAA Air Venture 2014 display a month ago.  You can visit our facility and walk thru the MODS units.  Each MODS unit is new and only displayed at various events throughout the year.  We also have model updates and reduce inventory of older models that may have been built and not sold.  These make excellent housing units or other purpose structures.

40′ MODS HOUSING UNIT AVAILABLE

The first MODS is a housing unit.  It features the following:

• 40′ Long and 8′-6″ tall
• Fully Insulated for winter conditions
• Heated and Cooled (HVAC)
• Drywall, textured finish and painted
• Single bedroom
• Bathroom and shower
• Kitchenette with Microwave and under counter refrigerator

• Everything runs on 120 volt power (economical)

The Second MODS DEMO unit is a 20′ office/retail/display structure. It Includes the following:

• Heated and cooled (HVAC)
• Lighting using decorative wall sconces
• Carpeted
• Sliding glass door screened entrance with locks
• 120 volt power required
• Pella Brand Windows, sliding with screens
• Excellent quality construction and finishes
